An angle ledger or bent plate ledger supports structural loads at a precast concrete wall panel opening. The horizontal leg of the angle ledger is cut, bent, and welded at the opening corner where panels meet. Epoxy bolts using Hilti HIT-RE 500-V3 adhesive secure the assembly to the precast concrete panels.
