A standard stair flight with treads and an intermediate landing finished per the project schedule. A two-inch color-contrasting slip-resistant strip is installed at the first tread and the leading edge of the landing. Handrail height is set at three feet above the tread, with a one-foot extension beyond the tread line. Attachment details for the handrail are referenced to a separate drawing.
