The assembly is framed with three-and-five-eighths-inch twenty-gauge minimum cold-formed metal studs spaced at sixteen inches on center, extending to four inches above the ceiling with continuous bridging spaced at five feet. One side only is sheathed with five-eighths-inch gypsum board terminating four inches above the ceiling line.
