Precast concrete stair treads and risers bear on hollow structural section steel beams and columns painted with high-performance coatings. An extruded aluminum picket guardrail finished with a three-part polyvinylidene fluoride paint system connects to the painted steel handrail and guardrail assembly. A top mullion with a cap piece receives laminated glass featuring an integral color film. The structural members are sized per structural drawings.
