A two-and-a-half-inch outer diameter steel pipe top rail sits above a vertical pipe railing with an integrated one-and-a-half-inch outer diameter steel pipe handrail. One-half-inch diameter steel rods and a plate infill connect the handrail assembly to the half-inch steel flat bar posts. The posts anchor to the stair stringer adjacent to the stair treads. The handrail is positioned three feet above the finished floor.
