An overflow roof drain pipe penetrates the exterior wall with a threaded connection and discharges through a cow-tongue scupper above a concrete splash block at grade. Sealant is applied around the penetration as required. The drainage assembly maintains a minimum slope of one-eighth inch per foot toward the exterior discharge point.
