An in-line remote control valve sits inside an irrigation valve box with a heat-stamped lid and rests on four brick supports over a bed of washed gravel and filter fabric. Waterproof connectors join a coiled wire to the controller, while Schedule 80 close nipples and PVC slip adapters connect the valve to the irrigation lateral and mainline fittings. Adjacent to this, a root watering assembly features a bubbler and check valve fed by a swing pipe assembly connected to a Schedule 40 lateral pipe below finish grade.
