Interior partition wall assembly constructed with metal stud framing enclosed by dual layers of gypsum wallboard on each side. The vertical studs connect to a floor track secured with mechanical fasteners and threaded anchor bolts. Insulation batte fills the cavity between the framing members for acoustic and thermal control.
