An exterior exhaust louver and internal filter rack are installed within an opening in a concrete wall. The assembly utilizes a sixteen gauge galvanized exhaust louver with an insect screen, sized per elevations, backed by a twenty-four gauge galvanized filter frame containing lifetime washable filters. The unit is secured in the wall with a two-inch by two-inch sixteen gauge angle frame, shimmed as required, and sealed at the perimeter with weathertight caulking.
