The foundation curb condition at the property line features a cast-in-place concrete slab and foundation wall. A blind-side waterproofing membrane is applied at the walls, secured with a four-inch stainless steel termination bar. Below-grade conditions are verified in the field, and shoring and lagging are coordinated to avoid the existing foundation. The shaft wall liner aligns with the edge of slab, maintaining a minimum two-inch clearance at the curb.
