A curtain wall head assembly anchors to a structural hollow structural section (HSS) tube via a structural clip. Primary and secondary weather sealants combine with self-adhered flashing to maintain the building envelope. A head flashing integrates with an 1/8-inch thick factory-finished brake metal extrusion matching the exterior mullion. On the interior, a 5/8-inch gypsum board ceiling connects via a suspension system and an acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) wall angle attached to the HSS tube.
