A steel stair stringer connects adjacent to a two-hour fire-rated wall assembly designated per plan. Gypsum wall board runs continuous past the plate steel stringer. A steel riser and bent plate pan form the stair assembly, filled with a three-quarter-inch poured-in-place concrete tread.
