An egress stair guardrail and handrail assembly features a 1 1/2-inch diameter steel tube post supported by a 1/2-inch diameter bent steel bar handrail support welded to the vertical post with a 3/4-inch centerline radius. A 2 1/2-inch steel bar rail runs below the handrail. A field-applied 1/2-inch wide photoluminescent marking is included on the assembly. Pickets are added as required to maintain maximum clearance requirements.
