A 1-1/2 inch schedule 40 stainless steel pipe connects to a Type 304 stainless steel base plate measuring 3/16 inches thick with typical 1/4 inch corner radii. The pipe is welded to the plate with a 1/8 inch fillet weld. The assembly is secured using four 1/4 inch diameter stainless steel Type 18-8 bolts equipped with nylon insert lock nuts and washers.
