Rigid insulation supports the roof assembly beneath a continuous layer of reinforced membrane secured with seam fastening plates and bonded with adhesive. A single continuous sheet of reinforced membrane wraps upward around the curb, sealed at cut edges with sealant. A metal cap or counter-flashing is installed at the top of the curb per the manufacturer's instructions and fastened twelve inches on center.
