A two-and-a-half-inch by seven-and-quarter-inch glazed aluminum curtain wall system interfaces with a concrete floor slab edge. Perimeter mineral wool firestopping is installed at the slab edge under a floor closure angle, complemented by additional mineral wool firestopping and one-and-a-half-inch medium density closed-cell spray foam thermal insulation. A horizontal insulated wall panel is positioned with curtain wall framing lines running above and below, featuring angle connections determined by the curtain wall engineer. Typical interior perimeter walls in lobby and core spaces are provided as part of the shell package.
