This wall base assembly features metal stud framing supported by a concrete curb cast over a structural concrete slab. The wall finish consists of cement backboard installed over metal studs per specification, finished with ceramic tile wall tile per finish schedule and a coved ceramic tile wall base. Acoustical sealant is applied at the base junction above a concrete pad. The floor assembly includes ceramic tile set in thin-set mortar over Mer-Krete latex waterproofing membrane. The finish floor elevation is set at zero-feet zero-inches, with the top of the concrete slab located four inches below at minus zero-feet four-inches.
