An aluminum door frame sits atop a concrete substrate and supports an insulated glass unit. Continuous caulk and seal applications are provided at the exterior and interior perimeter of the frame to prevent moisture infiltration. Adjacent landscaping abuts the exterior grade condition. Flashing and caulking are required for a complete weather-tight seal.
