An aluminum curtain wall system mullion ties into a weathering steel panel assembly at the jamb condition. A pre-finished aluminum angle matching the mullion is integrated with a high-temperature water-resistive barrier applied over a half-inch glass-mat gypsum sheathing board. Weathered Cor-ten steel panels are installed adjacent to the frame transition.
