The roof assembly features a single-ply roof membrane installed over rigid insulation and roof sheathing sized per structural requirements. A primary roof drain and an overflow drain are spaced at a minimum of two feet apart. Tapered rigid insulation slopes toward the drains to ensure positive drainage. A two-inch collar is provided at the overflow drain only, creating the required head for overflow drainage.
