A sliding gate frame constructed from two-inch by two-inch by eleven-gauge painted steel tubing is guided by a top track gate guide wheel and a four-inch diameter guide wheel bearing against the paving. The gate frame extends upward adjacent to a fence beyond. The assembly bears on a twenty-four-inch wide by twelve-deep continuous concrete footing reinforced with three number four bars at twelve inches on center and number four rebar at twenty-four inches on center with six inches from each end. A continuous one-inch by one-inch inverted angle with Nelson stud anchor bolts at twenty-four inches on center and six inches from each end is embedded in the footing.
