An exterior insulation and finish system terminates at a concrete slab with a 6-inch by 16-gauge stainless steel flashing protecting the underlying waterproofing and an EIFS weep screed. A 3/4-inch backer rod and sealant joint seals the junction at the exterior paving grade. Sealant is applied to each side of the interior base track. The top of slab elevation is set at 100'-0".
