A single ply membrane is applied over the roof assembly and secured with a hot air welded flashing at the pre-finished aluminum roof edge. The membrane laps over a wood nailer supported by spacers spaced at sixty inches center-to-center. A gutter and downspout are integrated at the outside edge of the assembly. Insulated metal panels with a minimum R-15.2 insulation value form the wall construction below the roof line.
