An aluminum door frame is anchored adjacent to a concrete wall with continuous exterior insulation sized per ComCheck, accompanied by flashing and caulking requirements. Insulated glass is installed within the aluminum door assembly, sealed with a continuous sealant bead at the frame junction and finished with caulk and paint on the interior side.
