A concealed sprinkler head is integrated into an acoustic ceiling system, fed by a rigid pipe connection from above. The ceiling runner is located behind the assembly, with specific clearances maintained around the fixture. An oversized hole is not required at sprinkler heads equipped with flexible fittings. The assembly maintains a neat finished appearance flush with the ceiling plane.
