An aluminum door frame connects to the jamb of a concrete wall with a continuous sealant bead and perimeter caulking. The adjacent interior partition consists of a light-gauge framed wall finished with gypsum board over continuous insulation sized per ComCheck. Insulated glass is installed within the aluminum framing, and a 3/4 inch dimension is noted at the concrete reveal.
