A metal channel profile mounts horizontally against the face of a concrete wall. An anchor rod extends from the wall interior through the channel web, secured with a bolt on the exterior face. The concrete wall features a dimensional clearance of six inches from the lower break line to the anchor centerline. The assembly provides a rigid attachment point for exterior elements or secondary framing bearing against the concrete structure.
