A heavy two-inch thick steel base plate features symmetrical layout and precision machining. A four-inch diameter through-hole is centered on the plate with a one-eighth inch chamfer on the bottom edge. Two thirteen-sixteenths by one-inch slotted holes are positioned symmetrically near the top edge. Machine scribe lines measuring one-sixteenth inch wide by one-thirty-second inch deep are inscribed on the top surface of the plate as indicated.
