Typical shear wall reinforcement consists of ASTM A615 Grade 60 steel, while all boundary reinforcement is specified as ASTM A706 Grade 80. All tie sets are constructed using ASTM A615 Grade 80 reinforcement. The concrete mix design specifies a compressive strength of seven thousand PSI at fifty-six days. Shear wall reinforcement is detailed further per the associated elevation drawings.
