Rubber cove base is installed at the intersection of the interior gypsum board wall finish and the floor finish. The partition consists of cold-formed metal stud framing with gypsum board on both faces and batt insulation installed within the stud cavity where required. Wall and floor finishes are scheduled per plan. A bottom track is anchored to the floor slab.
