A quarter-inch by two-inch steel slide hasp measuring twelve inches long is welded to the steel panel frame. A quarter-inch by two-inch steel plate loop is centered and welded to the steel panel frame to receive a Knox padlock and a district-provided padlock. All connections are welded and ground smooth, and the steel is hot-dip galvanized post-fabrication and painted per specifications.
