An exterior wall assembly featuring a precast concrete lintel with an internal hollow structural section substructure resting on the primary structure at short sides, providing room for the internal hollow structural section structure by the precaster. The assembly includes a drainage joint to allow the cavity to drain. An exterior stud wall with water-resistive barrier and semi-rigid thermal insulation supports the exterior metal stud framing. An aluminum plate system is attached, with the finish coordinated per elevation.
