A one-inch diameter polyvinyl chloride pipe passes through the concrete curb at ten feet on center or at each scoreline. The flowline of the polyvinyl chloride pipe is set one-half inch above the asphalt concrete or concrete pavement. The subgrade consists of base rock with a lime treatment per the geotechnical report.
