An exterior glazed thermally broken aluminum frame supports one-half inch insulating glass resting on a continuous aluminum sill. The sill features vertical end dams and is set in a full bed of mastic on a concrete wall panel. A continuous closed-cell backer rod and sealant joint seals the interface below the sill, and sealant is applied at all fasteners. Weep holes provide drainage through the sill assembly.
