A stair railing and guardrail assembly is mounted to a pre-fabricated concrete-filled pan stair system with structural stringers and integrated lighting below. The guardrail consists of a two-inch by one-half-inch steel tube top and bottom rail framing metal mesh panels, supported by a two-inch by one-half-inch steel tube post seen beyond. A two-inch by one-inch handrail is carried on a three-eighths-inch square steel handrail bracket arm complete with a bracket saddle, secured with two stainless steel flat head machine screws countersunk into the assembly. Extents of the railing are coordinated per enlarged stair plans.
