This expansion joint assembly spans between two structural wood curbs, with overall dimensions referenced as flange to flange dimension. The two 1 1/2-inch nominal wide wood curbs are installed by others and secured with curb anchors as required by others. Spring mounts house torsion springs connected to hinge assemblies at the outer edges. Mid gutters are integrated centrally with latch assemblies and bolted connections to accommodate movement.
