An epoxy terrazzo flooring system meets scheduled tile over a cast-in-place concrete substrate with a flush finish alignment. A bonding agent is applied beneath the epoxy terrazzo layer. A one-quarter-inch aluminum divider strip separates the two flooring materials. A backer rod and sealant fill the control joint between the finishes.
