Scheduled tile is set in a thinset mortar bed over drywall supported by metal framing at the portal jamb. A three-quarter-inch steel plate labeled MT25 is anchored with countersunk screws, aligning with the portal header above. Fasteners are spaced four inches apart with a one-and-one-half-inch offset from the rear of the plate. Drywall is provided by the tenant except for concession and retail areas.
