A twelve-gauge steel plate closure assembly is welded with joints ground smooth at the precast concrete landing and beam beyond. A wood handrail with a clear finish extends vertically above the landing, positioned nine and one-half inches from the edge. Concrete treads are visible beyond the assembly.
