A stair stringer connects to a landing channel supporting a five-inch precast concrete landing. A continuous 5x3x1/4 angle spans between stringers, secured with two 5/8-inch diameter by 1-1/2-inch A325 tension-control bolts with one bolt within four inches of each stringer. A plate measuring 1/4 by 10 spans the stringer where indicated, joined by a 3/16 fillet weld at 2-1/2 spacing unless noted otherwise. A precast concrete tread sits above the stair assembly.
