A thirty-inch lockable painted steel access panel and frame is integrated into a utility screen wall formed of corrugated perforated metal panels. The assembly is secured with a continuous stainless steel hinge by Babcock-Davis or similar, complete with prefinished angle flashing. A galvanized steel roller assembly spans the full width of the opening and is attached to the structure on all four sides with galvanized steel angle roller brackets and two-and-a-half-inch diameter bolts with bar shims. Galvanized metal platform framing supports the base of the opening.
