A 1-1/2-inch-diameter steel guardrail is welded into minimum 3/8-inch by 6-inch-diameter base plates and painted white typical. The assembly is secured to the floor with minimum 1/2-inch by 4-inch anchor bolts on each side, anchored above the finish floor. The guardrail stands at a maximum height of 27 inches referencing sheet G0.306.
