Metal stud framing is finished with five-eighths inch gypsum wall board and incorporates Fry's Reglet DRM50-50 two-piece drywall control joints per specifications. Control joints are placed at a maximum spacing of twenty-four feet on center both vertically and horizontally, and at roll-up door corners. Concrete tilt-up walls feature an Emseal security seal SSW2 or equal with a one-inch joint against framing. Columns occurring within the framing are wrapped or laminated with five-eighths inch drywall, with studs kept unattached to the column.
