An extruded aluminum thermal break curb frame supports an outer dome and a secondary inner dome with flanges bonded together, secured by an extruded aluminum retaining frame with countersunk rivets and a continuous glazing gasket. Interior mounting screws attach the assembly to an 18-gauge galvanized steel curb with all connections continuously welded, featuring an internal condensate gutter and a burglar bar or fall protection grate. The curb incorporates one inch of polyisocyanurate structural foam with fiberglass reinforced facers and an exterior three-inch nailing flange for mounting to the roof deck. A TPO roof membrane extends up the curb over the nailing flange, installed per manufacturer recommendations with reinforced membrane and bonding adhesive.
