An interior partition wall with a gypsum wall finish rests on a concrete structural slab with a concrete topping slab. A continuous four-inch sheet metal angle anchors the wall assembly at the floor level. A rubber cove base is installed at the bottom of the gypsum wall finish according to the finish schedule.
