A concrete equipment pad is reinforced with number four bars spaced at twelve inches on center each way at the top and bottom with a two inch clearance. The pad is separated from the interior slab on grade by a one-half inch neoprene filler expansion joint around the interior condition. Anchorage is provided per structural sheet S four point zero with a minimum clearance of six inches or twelve times the bolt diameter. An exterior slab or finish grade transitions to a curb as required with a six inch minimum unless noted otherwise and a one foot six inch minimum depth.
