Wire mesh panels are secured within steel angle frames welded in place with intermittent welds spaced at regular intervals. A flat bar vertical support connects to a steel plate tab, which is welded to the vertical support and anchored with bolts. The assembly maintains a forty-two-inch minimum dimension.
