A 1-1/2" outside diameter painted steel pipe rail is mounted to the wall using handrail brackets fastened through the wall to structural backing or directly into a concrete wall. The rail is positioned relative to the final riser below, with bracket spacing maintained at third points up to 4'-0" maximum.
