The roof assembly consists of forty-five mil TPO membrane mechanically fastened over one-quarter-inch Securock and OSB sheathing on wood framing. The roof drain assembly and overflow roof scupper are integrated into a recessed sump framed with two-by-six minimum framing with ten-penny nails at six inches on center staggered, and double two-by-eight framing below. A four-inch fiber cant strip and three-quarter-inch exterior grade plywood back the transition to the concrete tilt-up wall. Two reinforcing plies are installed per the manufacturer's written direction, and lead flashing supplied by others is installed by the roofer over field plies. A wood or steel ledger supports the assembly adjacent to the tilt-up wall.
