This inside corner assembly consists of wood-framed wall studs with batt insulation and exterior sheathing. The interior face is finished with wood cladding designated as WD-2.1. A layer of rigid insulation is installed between the framing and the exterior weather-resistive barrier, labeled WRB-1. A self-adhered membrane, SAM-1, is applied at the interior corner junction to maintain continuity of the air and moisture barrier system.
